At Cambridge University Women’s Basketball Club, we are enthusiastic, committed and driven to succeed. As you can see from our homepage, this dedication has paid off in the form of great results. However, it is clear that these rewards do not come cheap and hence we are always on the lookout for extra sponsorship opportunities.

Cambridge University has been associated with impressive academic prowess for hundreds of years. Basketball has a contemporary, fashionable image plus global appeal, and a growing popularity in the UK. Combined with the ever-increasing role of women in the work force, in sponsoring us your brand would capitalise on the attraction of all these individual factors embodied by CUWBbC.

Given that we are a university team with players belonging to several different colleges, we have access to a very high proportion of Cambridge University’s student body. Consequentially, your brand will be seen all around Cambridge, and not just limited to one particular college.

Our participation in the BUCS league means that our First Team travels and competes in matches all across the UK, thus providing the opportunity of promoting your brand on a national level. There is also scope for international promotion through the overseas tournaments CUWBbC has and hopefully will continue to compete in.

As a result of the increasing interest in women’s basketball, we have been able to create a Seconds Team. This widened participation will lead to more people will wearing your brand on items such as CUWBbC kit and stash, further increasing the visibility of your brand.
